AACCC Withdraws 1 Seat From PG AYUSH Counselling Round 2, Details

Delhi: One AIQ seat in the subject of Kriyasharir at Government Ayurveda College, Vazirabad, Nanded, Maharashtra, is withdrawn due to the non-availability of a professor in the concerned department. Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has informed this through a written notice.
So, given the above, candidates appearing for round 2, AACCC-PG (Ayurveda) counselling 2022, are advised to fill in the choices accordingly. The PG counselling will be conducted as per request.
The maximum sanction intake by AYUSH Department for 2022-23 was 7 seats. MUHS permitted 5 seats as per the teacher-student ratio for 2022-23. Allotted seats under AIQ were 1, and under state, the quota was 4 for 2022-23.

Government Ayurveda College, Vazirabad, Nanded, Maharashtra, comprises Ayurveda College, Well equipped Ayurveda Hospital, and over 100 acres of land for a herbal garden 20 km away from the city. It is recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine and affiliated with the Maharashtra university of health sciences, Nashik. The College runs regular University Courses for Graduate degrees in Ayurveda, Postgraduate Courses in Ayurveda & PhD in respective specializations of Ayurveda.
Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) of the Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, New Delhi, was constituted with the approval of the Hon’ble Minister of State (I/c), Ministry of Ayush in the Year 2019. The primary responsibilities include finalization of the counselling procedure & schedule, coordination with the concerned agencies for counselling against State/UT quota seats, fixation of counselling fees (registration fees) & security deposits, etc.
