Delhi: AACCC UG AYUSH Counselling Schedule

According to the Ayush Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) schedule published on the website for UG AYUSH counselling, round 2 of the counseling process is over. Now, round 3 is about to begin on 12th October 2023.

Schedule Round 3

  • The registration and payment process can be carried out from 12th October 2023 to 15th October 2023 till 02:00 PM as per Server Time. Payment facility will be available till 05:00 PM of 15th October 2023 as per Server Time.
  • The choice filling and choice locking process can be done from 13th October 2023 to 15th October 2023 till 11:55 PM as per Server Time. Choice Locking from 2:00 PM to 11:55 PM on 15th October 2023 as per Server Time.
  • From 16th October 2023 to 17th October 2023, the processing of seat allotment will be done, and on 18th October 2023, the result will be declared.
  • The candidates need to report to the allotted institute from 19th October 2023 to 26th October 2023.

Schedule Stray Vacancy Round for Govt./Govt. Aided/CU/NI

  • Publication of vacant seats will be done after 05:00 PM on 30th October 2023.
  • The choice filling and choice locking process can be done from 30th October 2023 to 1st November 2023. Choice Locking from 2:00 PM to 11:55 PM on 1st November 2023 as per Server Time.
  • The candidates need to submit their willingness on the AACCC website.
  • The processing of seat allotment will be done from 2nd November 2023 to 3rd November 2023. The result will be published on 4th November 2023.
  • From 4th November 2023 to 11th November 2023, the candidates need to report to the allotted institute.
  • The stray vacancy round by the deemed universities will be conducted from 6th November 2023 to 18th November 2023. (including counseling and reporting).

Counseling Process and Eligibility

Round 3

Process

  • Registration for AACCC-UG counseling. (Those candidates who participated in 1st Round/2nd Round need not be registered again).
  • Payment of counseling Fee includes non-refundable Registration Fee and Security Money. (No Need to pay by those candidates who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round /2nd Round).
  • Choice filling and locking.
  • Publication of Seat allotment list (Publication of Result).
  • Physical Reporting to the allotted college.

Eligibility for Participation

  • NEET (UG)- 2023 qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round & 2nd Round.
  • Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round.
  • The candidate registered in the 1st Round/ 2nd Round & availed of Free Exit.
  • Candidates joined in the 1st Round of allotted seats and submitted willingness for upgradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.
  • Candidates joined in the 2nd Round allotted seat and submitted willingness for upgradation in the 3rd Round.
  • Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, three days before the commencement of the 3rd Round, can participate with payment of complete fees.

It is mandatory for all candidates to take admission on their upgraded seats in the 3rd Round from Round 1 & 2 admitted seats. Such candidates, if not joined in the upgraded seats, are ineligible for any further AYUSH counseling (Central/State/UT/ Central Pool Quota), and their security money will be forfeited.

After 3rd round, Vacant seats of Deemed Universities and the List of eligible candidates will be forwarded to Deemed Universities on 6th November 2023 for the conduction of the Stray Vacancy Round.

Stray Vacancy Round for AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI

The seats remain vacant (not joined/withdrawn) after the 3rd Round of AACCC-UG Counseling of Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/CU/NI will continue to be filled through the online Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush.

Process

  • There is no Fresh Registration in the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Candidates must submit a willingness in the AACCC-UG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that they are not holding any UG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.
  • Option for choice filling is available in the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • No upgradation is available from any of the 3 Rounds to the Stray Vacancy Round.

Eligibility for Participation

All registered candidates who have not been admitted to any of the seats through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs are eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round.

Stray Vacancy Round for Deemed University

For seat allotment under Deemed Universities, the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed Universities at the institute level. AACCC, M/o Ayush will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities, which is to be exercised strictly in order of merit in the Stray Vacancy Round.

The seats are domicile-free, and only registered candidates of AACCC-UG counseling are eligible for admission.
