Delhi: Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) Stray Vacancy Round Schedule
The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has released the schedule for the stray vacancy round for UG counseling.
Per the notice, candidates willing to participate in the stray vacancy round can do the choice filling and lock till 30.1.2023 (3:00 pm to 11:55 pm). The processing of seat allotment will be done from 31.1.2023 till 1.2.2023. On 2.1.2023, results will be published. The selected candidates must report to the allotted institute from 3.2.2023 till 8.2.2023.
Candidates must submit a willingness in the AACCC-UG portal to participate in the stray vacancy round with an undertaking that they are not holding any UG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-UG counseling or State/ UTs counseling. No fresh registration and no upgradation during stray vacancy round.
Registered candidates who have not been admitted to any seats through R-1, R-2, R-3 & special mop-up rounds of AACCC-UG counseling, or State/ UTs counseling. Those candidates whose names are in the list of ineligible candidates published by AACCC, M/o Ayush vide notice dated 19.01.2023, are not eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round.

Admission rules for the stray vacancy round
- If candidates get allotted a seat in the stray vacancy round, they must join the allotted institute. If candidates do not join the allotted seats, their security money will be forfeited, and they will become ineligible for further AYUSH-UG counseling. (Central/State/UT/Central Pool Quota).
- There is no free exit during the stray vacancy round.
- All candidates should ensure that the allotted college online mode makes the admission process only by generating the “Provisional Admission Letter” from the AACCC UG portal. Any admission made through offline mode shall be treated as null & void.
Stray vacancy round for AIQ seats under deemed universities
- As per the updated AACCC-UG counseling scheme, the vacant seats after the special mop-up round of AACCC-UG counseling will be reverted to the respective deemed universities to conduct stray vacancy round at the institute level.
- The candidates who registered in the AACCC-UG counseling and wished to take admission in the seats under deemed universities are advised to contact the respective deemed universities to participate in the stray vacancy round conducted by the institute at their level. The schedule for the same has already been uploaded on the AACCC-UG portal.
Further, AACCC has informed that all participating institutes are instructed to facilitate the admission/reporting of candidates even on holidays, if necessary.
