Delhi: Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) Update

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has released the provisional PG seat matrix and list of eligible candidates for the stray vacancy round of deemed universities.

AACCC, M/o Ayush has reverted AIQ-PG seats under deemed universities that remain vacant after the 3rd/mop-up round of AACCC-PG counselling 2022 to the respective deemed universities for conduction of stray vacancy round at their level.

A total of 89 seats have been reverted. Of these 89 seats:

  • Ayurveda has 70 seats
  • Homeopathy has 19 seats

The detailed seat matrix is enclosed in the notice below.

Further, it is informed that the registered eligible candidates who wish to participate in stray vacancy rounds conducted by deemed universities are requested to contact the respective Deemed University for admission to AIQ-PG seats under Ayurveda and Homoeopathy (A&H) stream.

List of eligible candidates for the stray vacancy round conducted by deemed universities at the institute level are enclosed in the notice below. 467 candidates are eligible for this round, of which:

  • 412 are for Ayurveda
  • 34 for Homeopathy
  • 21 for Unani courses

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India has conducted the counselling process for admission in All India Quota (AIQ) seats under Government, Government Aided, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, and National Institutes as well as internal seats of Banaras Hindu University for the session 2022-23.

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) of the Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, New Delhi, was constituted with the approval of the Hon’ble Minister of State (I/c), Ministry of Ayush in the Year 2019. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Finalization of the counselling procedure & schedule
  • Coordination with the concerned agencies for counselling against State/UT quota seats
  • Fixation of counselling fees (registration fees) & security deposits
