AACCC Notifies On Surrender Facility, Physical Reporting, Approved Admission Rules For Round 2 UG AYUSH Counselling Details

                                    New Delhi: The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has informed to All Participating Institutes/Candidates for Round-2 of AACCC-UG Counseling regarding the physical reporting to allotted institutes, approved admission rules as well as the process of Withdrawal/ Surrender facility for Round-1 admitted candidates.
The final result of Round 2 of AACCC-UG Counseling- 2022 has been uploaded on the AACCC-UG portal (www.aaccc.gov.in). Before proceeding for admission, candidates are instructed to download the "Provisional Allotment Letter" from the AACCC-UG portal. Further, it is requested to strictly adhere to the Counseling Schedule as mentioned below:

2:00 PM of 08.12.2022 to 5.00 PM of 17.12.2022

Approved Admission Rules for Round 2
Conditions Approved Rules
Conditions 1 Candidates who have been allotted seats in R-2 and wish to retain the seats are instructed to join the institute within the stipulated reporting period.
Conditions 2 Candidates who have been allotted seats in R-2 and d o not wish to retain are instructed to avail free exit (no need to join the allotted institute).
Conditions 3 Candidates whose seats have been upgraded from R-1 to R-2 are instructed to get an online-generated Relieving letter from the previous joined institute of R-1 and report to the allotted institute of R-2 physically within the stipulated time.
Conditions 4 Candidates whose seats have not been upgraded from R-1 to R-2 and do not wish to retain the Round-1 joined seats are instructed to avail free exit within five days after the announcement of Round 2 result without forfeiture of security money (i.e. from 02:00 PM of 8.12.2022 to 05:00 PM of 12.12.2022).
Conditions 5 If the candidates join the allotted/up-graded seat in the R- 2 and do not wish to retain the joined seat are instructed to exit three days prior to the commencement of the 3 rd/Mop-up Round (i.e. on or before 5:00 PM of 19.12.2022) with forfeiture of security money. Such candidates are allowed to participate in Round 3 of AACCC-UG counseling 2022 by remitting fees & fresh choice filling on the AACCC-UG portal and are also eligible for participating in State/UTs-AYUSH UG Counseling.
Conditions 6 R-2 admitted candidates who wish to upgrade their seats in Round 3 are instructed to report to the allotted institute physically and submit willingness for the upgradation at the time of admission
Conditions 7 If any candidates withdraw/surrender their joined/admitted seats of Round 2 after 19.12.2022, such candidates will become ineligible for further AYUSH-UG counseling (Central/State/UTs).
IMPORTANT
 All candidates are advised to ensure that the admission process made by the allotted college through online mode only by generating the "Provisional Admission Letter" from the AACCC-UG portal. Any admission made through offline mode shall be treated as null & void.
 Candidates are also advised to ensure that their seat "Surrender/Withdrawal Letters" are generated online through the AACCC-UG portal by the allotted institutes.
 All participating institutes are instructed to facilitate the admission/reporting of student seven on holidays, if necessary.
Schedule/Procedure for Withdrawal/ Surrender facility for Round-1 admitted candidates
This is to inform that the institutes who withdrew/surrendered the seats of R-1 admitted candidates through offline mode from 05.12.2022 to 08.12.2022 are instructed to generate an online - withdrawal/surrender letter through the 'PI ADMIN ID' on the AACCC- UG portal from 3:00 PM of 08.12.2022 to 5:00 PM of 12.12.2022 to avoid forfeiture of Security Money.
Relieving Procedure for upgraded candidates of Round-1
 Round-1 upgraded candidates are advised to get the online - Relieving letter from the previous allotted Institutes and join the allotted institute of Round-2.
 Further the participating institutes are instructed to generate online - Relieving letter through the 'PI USER ID' (Reporting officer ID) on the AACCC-UG portal for the candidates whose seats have been upgraded from R-1 to R-2.
 Furthermore, institutes can view the details of the upgraded candidates on the AACCCUG portal before generating the Relieving Letter.
IMPORTANT
 AACCC, M/o Ayush, shall not approve admission/resignation/relieving (if allowed) made through offline mode.
 Further, institutes are instructed to send a copy of the online generated withdrawal/surrender letter to AACCC, M/o Ayush, via the E-mail counselingayush@gov.in without any failure.
